These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between us and you, the visitor/customer, governing your access and the use of our website. By accessing and using our website or registering with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed, without limitation, to be bound by these terms and conditions. At the outset, you should be aware that your use of our website is at your sole risk, and you agree that you will be personally responsible for your use of our website and for all of your communication and activity on our website.

Errors, Mistakes and Missing Information:
Despite our tireless efforts, we cannot guarantee that our website will be completely free of errors and misleading information. In the event of an error or other content-related issue, we reserve the right to correct such an error without notification.

Customer Feedback:
Please note that all customer feedback given to us shall be considered our property. This includes all customer communications, testimonials, and contact information. By releasing this information to us, you are hereby giving us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, and unlimited right to reproduce, modify, publish, translate, and distribute such material in any way deemed appropriate by management.

Payment Terms:  
Orders placed on our website will only be confirmed and processed once a deposit of at least 50% of the total order value has been received. When orders are completed, customers are advised by email, and the outstanding balance becomes due. No product will be shipped or collected without full payment being received.

Lead Times:  
We will endeavour to work within the lead times advertised on our website. However, lead times are general and are subject to factors such as material availability, transport and public holidays. Lead times may also differ for larger or more complicated orders, but we will advise customers if this is the case.

Your obligations and responsibilities:
In the access or use of our website, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions and the special warnings or instructions for access or use posted on our website from time to time. You will always act in accordance with the law, custom and in good faith. You may not make any change or alteration to our website or any content or services that may appear on our website and may not impair in any way the integrity or operation of our website.

Changes to the terms and conditions:
You acknowledge and agree that we reserve the right to, and may make changes to, these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect our changing business. You agree that we are under no obligation to provide you with notice about changes to the terms and conditions, and you further agree that it is your responsibility to check the terms and conditions for any changes.

Cancellation Policy

Each order we accept and process is a custom product with specific fabric quantities and other materials. As soon as we receive the 50% deposit, we commit to the procurement of the materials required for each specific order. For this reason, refunds for cancelled orders will not be considered. Orders cannot be cancelled once completed. Once an order is completed, customers are liable for the full price of the order – whether the order is shipped or not.

Returns/ Warranty

We offer a 3 year warranty on our workmanship. Cushions and cushion covers are subject to constant and sometimes harsh treatment, including pets, children and general wear and tear. Our fabric manufacturers have publicised warranties on all their products, and we work with the manufacturer in the event of a claim.

We will only consider a warranty claim once we have received the product back at our workshop.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they provide correct and accurate information when placing orders on our website ordering process. Products can be altered or adjusted if requested, but these will be subject to additional costs, and the product needs to be returned to our workshop for assessment.

If a product is faulty or does not meet the customer’s satisfaction, we need to be advised within 7 days of receipt of the order.

Shipping Policy

We do not ship any orders until full payment has been received. 

Our shipping charges are based on Australia-wide road freight rates and are calculated on a number of factors:

  • Cut foam volume
  • Scatter cushion insert quantity
  • Cushion cover quantity and size
  • A combination of some or all of the above factors.
  • A packing and handling fee


Shipping charges are calculated and are included in the invoice price at the point of ordering. 

We can arrange express shipping, but this is significantly more expensive, especially where this includes cut foam and cushion inserts. 

Customers have the option to arrange their own collection/shipping. In this case, we need to be advised of this at the time of ordering.
